This dashboard — WizzOS · Booking Operations — is an internal operations tool built by Wizz! comms for Fit&Fab Together. It processes booking data exclusively to send WhatsApp confirmation messages to new clients. No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party beyond what is strictly required to deliver that service.
Booking data — including client name, email address, phone number, and class details — is sourced from Setmore and stored temporarily in our secure database. We retain only the minimum information needed to send the confirmation message and log that it was dispatched.
Data is never used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose outside of the above.
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, which complies with GDPR and is hosted within the EU by default. Access to the dashboard is restricted to authorised operators via password-protected login. Service-role credentials are never exposed to the browser.
Each service processes data only for the specific integration task described above.
